La casa Amarey
The house is located in Arenas, 45 km from Málaga, 12 km from the sea, in a mountain area. Very peaceful, quiet and private.
There is 3500 m² of ground on which olive trees, herbs and shrubs make out the most of the flora. The house is 135 m²; it can accommodate 6 people:
One large bedroom with a king-sized bed and with a bathroom en suite. There is space for a child’s bed.
The second bedroom has two separate beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both rooms use the same bathroom (with bath).
The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven with grill, a microwave oven, a fridge, an Italian coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a juicer, a toaster and all necessary utensils. There are dishes, cups, cutlery, etc. for 6 people.
In the scullery one can find the washing machine and another fridge with freezer. Ironing board and iron are also available.
The house has airconditioning and wifi.
…and outside:
A patio table, 6 deckchairs and 2 loungers are available. The pool is 10×5 and not deeper than 1,5 m.
Arrival, stay and departure:
When you pass the ayuntamiento in Arenas text our ‘keyholder’ Hans, who will receive you at the house. Hans is the owner of B&B Casa Agradable across the valley who has been living in Arenas for many years and knows the area very well. He will give you a tour of the house & grounds and hand you the keys.
During your stay the owners can easily be reached by phone or email should one require advice or help.
When departing Hans will the check the house together with you, assuring that the stay was as expected.
